Prize Competition and Prize Draw Rules, Terms and Conditions.
- Employees of participating companies or their immediate families are not eligible to enter prize draws & competitions set up by Growth Enabled Ltd (trading as “Sensecheck”)
- All participants must be 18 years or older to enter competitions or prize draws.
- We will only use your personal details for the purposes of administering prize draws/competitions. By submitting personal details when entering for any prize draws/prize competitions or the letters page prize, you are consenting to Growth Enabled Ltd and its associate companies, such as fulfilment houses and couriers, using this information for the sole purpose of administering these prize draws/prize competitions. Personal details provided will not be used for any other purpose, unless you have given us permission.
- Prize draw/competition submissions indicate permission to publish Growth Enabled Ltd websites, social media pages or printed media, if prior discussed and agreed upon with the competition sponsor.
- Submissions will be held for a maximum of 24 months, after which time, all data will be deleted. If you wish for your submission to be deleted before this time, do contact us. Individuals have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if they believe there is a problem with the way their data has been handled.
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).
- The Competition Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equivalent value. All prize elements are subject to availability. Growth Enabled Ltd reserves the right to terminate a promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The Competition Sponsor is responsible for dispatch of the prizes. Allow 40 working days for prizes to arrive after the dispatch date. Prizes will be sent to the winners within 3 months, after the postal addresses have been securely confirmed to the Competition Sponsor or Promoter.
- Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.
- Prize draws/competitions, both Printed and Online, are open to all territories, unless specifically stated in the individual competition terms and conditions.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter prize draws/competitions.
- Online prize draws/competitions: No entries from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computers will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
- Online/social media winners will be selected by Growth Enabled Ltd from all entries received, based on the submission deemed to present the strongest idea for the book.
The winner will be notified by email and/or Direct Message on social media platforms within 4 weeks of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 20 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- By entering prize draws/competitions, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- By entering competitions and/or prize draws, participants confirm Growth Enabled Ltd will have full rights to their submission content and text such as story submissions or any other written content provided. Participants grant Growth Enabled Ltd (trading as “Sensecheck”) the rights to use their submission for print and digital media purposes, including but not limited to promotional materials, advertising and publication.
Full ownership of the submission will be transferred to Growth Enabled Ltd
